I think the crazy guy is trying to create a "catastrophe". He said the same thing 2 years ago. The lack of a viable political candidate does not a 'catastrophe' make. Yet, if you start conflicts with all your neighbors ... looks like someone trying to be "Dictator for Life" to me.
